Rough Nothing

Rough Nothing is a poetry collection which explores the themes of the journey of healing and how it is never linear.

It includes poems about mental health, acceptance, loss, gain, self-discovery, self-love and overall healing. It is sectioned off into five chapters: The embrace, The beginning, The debrief, The heartbreak and finally, The healing.

Rough Nothing is the second edition to the poetry collection, Blind Sight, however, Rough Nothing creates more of the idea that healing is all about the ups and downs.

This book was written for those who are on their journey or still awaiting to begin and need a little bit of motivation and inspiration.
